Once ordered, your sandals will be shipped in 7 – 10 business days. The sandals are handmade just for you!!

**Please note that due to high-volume during our once-yearly sales, items may take 2-3 weeks to ship.

We aim to ship orders within one day of completion of your sandals. Please allow us a week to hand craft your Palm Beach Sandals. More time may be required for certain custom orders. Please contact us by email or phone if you require information not available on our website.

The Palm Beach Sandal Company offers secure online payment by credit card, via PayPal. If you would like to place your order by phone please call us directly at 1.561.847.4000.

If you have received a gift certificate or special offer from Palm Beach Sandals, a promotional code will be included. Please enter this code in the space provided on the checkout page. The total of your order will reflect the appropriate discount. Only one promotional code may be applied to an order.

Please notify us within 12 hours if it is necessary to adjust an order. You can contact us by email or phone, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

Is your purchase not quite what you had envisioned? We offer free exchanges, with a $15 return label fee applicable to returns*. We accept the return of unworn and unused merchandise purchased from www.palmbeachsandals.com within 30 days from the original fulfillment date. *Original shipping charges are not eligible for refund on orders that were shipped correctly. All final-sale styles and color combinations, and all monogrammed, custom, and made-to-order styles are final sale. They may not be returned or exchanged at any time. Your eligible return must be accompanied by the original receipt and packaging, as well as any gift with purchase. When trying on our sandals, we kindly ask that you walk on carpet and try on with clean feet. Due to our sandals being constructed of leather, our sandals will attract the natural oils of your feet and we are unfortunately unable to accept returns with scuffed soles or toe prints.

Please email returns@pbsandals.com with your order number and request. A return label will be sent to you within 3-5 business days. Once the return package has been received by Palm Beach Sandals at our workshop, your refund will be processed back to the original form of payment.
